What Is Somatic Bodywork?

Trauma from past experiences can be physically and energetically held in the body and have adverse effects on ones quality of life emotionally, physically and psychologically leading to anxiety, depression and addiction in some cases. Somatic Bodywork Therapy addresses the letting go of emotional and physical tension & density held in the body and with that a letting go of past hurts, trauma and burdens of life leaving the body free to be in its spacious vitality and joy.

 

This supports the holistic and intuitive approach that Marika is well known for as she brings a strong mastery of the body with 18years experience in the health and wellbeing space. Marika is a strong advocate for educating clients with health and wellbeing information that allows them to empower and enrich their lives
