Infrared Sauna

Wellness from within

The healing power of 'Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna's' offers the unique ability to penetrate deeply into the body with a gentle yet effective heat, offering a holistic approach to wellness using the benefits of near, mid and far infrared heat. The near infrared targets the skin and dermal layers, while the mid and far penetrate deeper into muscles and subcutaneous tissue for enhanced recovery and wellness.

The deep-penetrating warmth reaches muscles, joints and soft tissue more effectively than traditional heating. The benefits go beyond relaxation. Infrared therapy can help ease muscle tension, improve circulation, support detoxification and promote faster recovery from exercise or stress. Near infrared is also linked with improved skin health, wound healing and cellular repair.

Full spectrum infrared heaters provide real therapeutic warmth resulting in a complete body experience that raises core temperature and restores balance from the inside out.

Features include Canadian Hemlock timber, high quality resonance speakers via bluetooth to connect your phone, an ergonomic bench with a comfortable S-shaped backrest, colour light therapy with 17 different colour options, ultra low EMF rating ().4mG) and a fan assist for fresh air.

Redlight Therapy

Powerful healing from deep within

Just as a leaf captures sunlight to create energy, your cells absorb red and near-infrared light to naturally enhance energy production within the mitochondria.

This gentle boost supports the creation of ATP, the energy your cells need to renew and repair. By delivering the most beneficial light from the sun without UV, red light therapy helps your body feel recharged and balanced, promoting healthy skin, muscle recovery and overall vitality.

Red light can support skin health, cellular repair and recovery, adding another layer of benefit to your wellness routine.

By adding this red light therapy option to your sauna session, it introduces powerful red and near-infrared light to your full spectrum infrared sauna, amplifying the healing effects.

WELLNESS FROM WITHIN

"Marika is a kind, compassionate and transparent counsellor, she has a beautiful heart that raidiates through everything she does and brings a genuine love and joy to her work. When I first met Marika I was struggling with loss of executive function, panic attacks and anxiety related aggression after a critical incident at work. I was very reluctant to go see her as I had been sent to counselling a lot as a child and had grown to hate it. I definitely would have considered myself a sceptic. But Marika helped me learn how to regulate my nervous system. Not only gaining back my executive function but the panic attacks are gone as well and I am also becoming less overstimulated and generally more gentle both at work and at home with my kids. I am incredibly greatful for her influence in my life and would reconmended her to anyone who wants to take a holistic approach to their mental health."
